1Information We Collect
To deliver high-speed caller responses, message scheduling, and your public business digital card, AutoGreet processes the following information:
- On-Device Call Event Detection (Local Processing): The Android application listens locally to telephone events (missed calls, incoming answered calls, and outgoing completed calls). Call audio is never tapped, recorded, or uploaded. Call event triggers happen entirely on your hardware.
- SMS Dispatching: Automated greetings and scheduled messages are dispatched directly via your device's native SMS service using your active SIM card. AutoGreet servers do not route or read personal chat messages.
- Local Contact Filtering & Blocklists: If you enable "Unknown Contacts Only" or add numbers to your custom blocklist, contact checks occur strictly within your phone's memory. AutoGreet never scrapes, syncs, or harvests your personal address book.
- Automated Message Scheduling: Scheduled message tasks (text, recipient number, and future date/time) are managed directly on your device to execute at your selected schedule.
- Public Business Profile Data: Business name, proprietor name, contact numbers, store address, Google Maps location, business hours, logo, and WhatsApp product catalog provided by you for hosting your public digital card.
- Technical & Server Logs: Standard web server requests (IP address, browser type, device type) used exclusively for security, DDoS protection, and CDN caching of public digital cards.
2How We Use the Information
We utilize the collected information strictly for:
- Publishing and rendering your responsive digital business card and vCard on the web.
- Sending automated SMS greetings containing your digital card URL to missed, incoming, and outgoing callers per your custom rules.
- Dispatching scheduled messages and enforcing custom contact blocklists and privacy filters.
- Allowing your customers to directly contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or view business details.
- Providing active technical support, answering inquiries, and sending plan renewal notices.
- Protecting the AutoGreet platform against fraudulent activities, spam, and technical failures.
3Data Sharing & Third Parties
- No Data Monetization: We do not sell, rent, or lease personal or merchant contact data to third-party marketing companies, data brokers, or advertisers.
- Essential Service Providers: We share necessary data only with verified infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, DNS, and telecom SMS delivery gateways) strictly to operate the platform.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by applicable Indian law, court order, or official governmental directive.

We implement industry-standard security safeguards to protect your business information:
- Local Sandboxed Execution: Telephone state monitoring, contact blocklist lookups, and auto-reply dispatches run inside Android's protected application sandbox. Caller logs and phone numbers are never synced to third-party ad networks.
- Cryptographically Signed APK: The official AutoGreet Android APK is signed with verified developer certificates to guarantee application integrity and prevent tampering.
- SSL/TLS Encryption: All web traffic to your hosted digital business cards is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS certificates.
- Direct Customer Communication: Product inquiries and chats occur directly through official WhatsApp without third-party data interception.
5Your Rights & Data Control
As a merchant or user, you have complete control over your business data:
- Update / Correct: You can request updates to your catalog items, phone numbers, prices, or address at any time.
- Data Deletion: You can request the removal or unpublishing of your digital storefront by contacting support.
- Export: You can request a copy of your stored catalog data.
