1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website https://autogreet.online, subscribing to an AutoGreet plan, or using our digital storefronts, digital visiting cards, and automated call-reply services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2Description of Service
AutoGreet provides a digital engagement platform tailored for businesses, service providers, and professionals. Key features include:
- Automated Call Reply: Automated SMS and messaging triggers that send a personalized business greeting and digital link to callers upon missed or incoming calls.
- Digital Storefront & vCard: Mobile-first interactive business pages containing product catalogs, store hours, Google Maps directions, downloadable vCards (.vcf), and contact links.
- Direct UPI & WhatsApp Ordering: Facilitating direct customer connections via WhatsApp order drafts and display of merchant UPI QR codes (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm).
3Merchant Responsibilities & Content
When creating a storefront or providing business information to AutoGreet, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, genuine, and current business contact details, pricing, product descriptions, and GST information (if applicable).
- Ensure you have lawful rights and licenses to use all uploaded brand logos, photos, trademarks, and catalog media.
- Not use AutoGreet to advertise illegal goods, prohibited narcotics, deceptive financial schemes, fraudulent activities, or defamatory content.
AutoGreet reserves the right to remove any business page or suspend access if content violates local Indian laws or these terms.
4Subscriptions, Payments & Zero Commission Policy
- Platform Subscriptions: AutoGreet operates on annual (12-Month) subscription plans (e.g. Smart Plan ₹1,499/year, Pro Suite ₹3,499/year). Subscription fees cover the software hosting, digital storefront creation, and technical support.
- 0% Transaction Fees: AutoGreet does not charge sales commissions or transaction percentages on merchant sales. 100% of customer payments go directly from customer to merchant bank accounts via UPI QR or cash.
- Independent Transactions: AutoGreet is a technology enabler, not an escrow or payment aggregator. All transactions, product quality, refunds, and fulfillments are strictly between the merchant and their respective customers.
5Service Availability & Telecom Dispatches
While AutoGreet strives to ensure 99.9% uptime for digital storefront links and fast SMS delivery:
- SMS delivery speed may be affected by telecom carrier network conditions, device battery saver settings, or Do Not Disturb (DND) regulations.
- Scheduled maintenance may be performed periodically to improve server security and performance.
6Intellectual Property Rights
All software, source code, UI designs, graphics, branding, and logos related to AutoGreet are the exclusive property of AutoGreet.
Merchants retain all intellectual property rights and copyrights over their uploaded logos, banners, product photographs, and business trade names.
7Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Maharashtra, India.
